Through the Belt weigh feeders
This is the classic weigh belt style where the product weight is transmitted throught the belting to a weigh bridge assembly where the weight is sensed. This style of weigh feeder is ideal for applications where the weigh belt is at a right angle to product feed or the weigh belt is directly under a vessel. Through the belt weighers from IPA can be supplied complete with Automatic belt tensioning, Automatic belt tracking and Automatic calibration making the IPA weigh belt feeder a superior choice for your high accuracy weighing needs.
Pivotal Weigh Feeders
IPAs' Pivotal weigh feeders provide an advanced solution for your demanding weigh system needs. The pivotal model has a fulcrum at the infeed creating a dead zone for product to be introduced. The discharge end of the feeder is supported by a single load cell. This approach to weighing provides exceptional performance by eliminating errors caused by the quality / tension of the belting material. The weigh span of this model is much larger than traditional through the belt weighers. The increased weigh span provides a large live load signal and reduces errors caused by product buildup.
